{1} Open www.jotform.com and Sign Up.
{2} then Login there with your newly registered account.
{3} now click on � Create your first form�.
{4} Now delete all the pre-defined entries, just leave �First Name:� (To delete entries, select the particular entry and then click on the cross sign.)
{5} Now Click on �First Name:� (Exactly on First Name). Now the option to Edit the First Name is activated, type there �username:� (for Gmail) or YahooId: (for Yahoo)
{6} Now Click on �Power Tool� Option (In right hand side�)
{7} Double click on �Password Box�. Now Click the newly form password entry to edit it. Rename it as �Password:�
{8} Now Click on �Properties� Option (In right hand side�). These are the form properties.
{9} You can give any title to your form. This title is used to distinguish your forms. This Title cannot be seen by the victim.
{10} Now in Thank You URL you must put some link, like http://www.google.com or anything. Actually after entering username & password, user will get redirect to this url.(Don�t leave it blank�)
{11} Now Click on �Save�. After saving, click on �Source� Option.
{12} Now you can see two Options, namely �Option1? & �Option2?. Copy the full code of �Option2?.
{13} Now open Notepad text editor and write the following code their.
Paste the Option2 code here
{14} And now save this as index.html. And then host it, mean you will have to put it on the internet so that everyone can view it. Now i think that you would be knowing it and if in case you do not know it please leave a comment with your email-id and i will mail you how to do it.
Now you can view it by typing the url in the address bar.
NOTE: If u want to send it to the internet, then first you will have to create a hosting account which you can create on www.110mb.com and there are many other sites which you can find on the internet very easily.
I suppose that you created your account at 110mb.com
now login to your account then click on �File Manager�, then click on �upload files� or just �upload�. Then select the file which you want to send to the internet and click on upload. And you are done.
Now you can access you file on the net by just typing the url ofthe file.
And you will receive password of the users that login to your site through email-id which you�ve entered while creating the form.

Jack Wallen introduces you to an easy way to create live ISO images of your currently running Linux system with Systemback.

You have that Linux desktop or server precisely how you want it and are interested in either creating a spot-on backup or a live ISO that you can then install on other (similar) hardware. How do you do it? You could go through the process of learning a number of commands to take care of the process, or you could install and use a handy tool called Systemback.
The Systemback tool allows you to create restore points, backups, and live images of a running system. Currently, it only works for Ubuntu derivatives based on 14.04, 14.10, and 15.04. It does, however, work like a champ (and does so quite easily).
I want to show you how to install and quickly make a live image of your current Linux system.

Installation

You wont find Systemback in the standard repositories, so you must first add the repo with the command:
sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:nemh/systemback
Now, update apt with the command:
sudo apt-get update
Finally, install Systemback with the command:
sudo apt-get install systemback
Youll have to okay the dependencies before the install will begin. The dependencies will vary, based on what you have installed.
At this point, you should be able to start Systemback from the Unity Dash or your desktop start menu. You can also start Systemback from the command line with:
sudo systemback
You are now ready to create a live ISO.

Usage

Using Systemback is quite easy. From the main window (Figure A), select the location to house the ISO image (by clicking the ... button under Storage Location).

Click the Live system create button and, in the new window (Figure B), give the live system a name, change the storage location (this location will need to have more than 4 GB of available space), and click Create new. You can optionally include user data files by checking the associated box.

Note: If your .sblive file is larger than 4 GB, the conversion to a ISO is not possible. This is a file system limitation.
Depending on the size of your installation, the process will take some time to complete, so grab a cup of coffee or administer a server or two. After its installed, you should find an .sblive image in the defined storage location ready to convert to ISO. This image can either be written to a USB device or used to create a live ISO image. From the Created Live images window, select the image you want to convert, and then click Convert to ISO. When this process is completed, youll find the .iso file in the storage location ready to be written to disk. With that disk, you can then install the live image on other machines.
The best time to use Systemback is on a close-to-newly installed system. This is simply because of the file system size limitation. If youve installed too many applications on the system, the size will reach beyond 4 GB, and you wont be able to convert it. You can, however, still create restore points for a system. To create a restore point, first make sure youve selected a Storage directory, and then click the Create New button.
Once youve created a restore point, you can then go back to that restore point by simply selecting it from the left side of the window (Figure C) and then clicking System Restore on the right side.

In the resulting window (Figure D), select the type of restore you want to do, if you want to include user configuration files, and click Next. This will begin the restore process.

Systemback is a great way to create live images based on a pre-existing system and restore points in case you need to roll a Linux machine backward.

I made a URL shortening service a year back using PHP & jQuery. It was pretty simple. You should know the concept of URL Shortening. The concept is simple. When a user sends a request to short a URL, PHP will check if the URL is valid. If its valid then PHP will make a string of 5 or 6 characters. A folder is created with the name of this string and an index.php file with header function code is created in this folder. This will make the folder redirect to the URL the user requested. Since its a folder no extensions will be seen ! So You can make up some pretty good URLs.

We also added the Random String Function to the add.php available from here. The Function will generate a string of 5 characters. If the string created is already used, then the script will generate another string of 6 characters. Then the add.php will create a folder with the name of random string. The add.php returns a JSON data to jQuery. jQuery will process the data and if everything is OK, then jQuery will show a success message with the new shorted URL.

I like to shrink photos (headshots work great) to 32x32 and simply paste them into my Paint document.

When youre finished, open the File menu and click Save As.
Use the dialog box to choose where you want to save your file, then give it a name followed by ".ico" and click Save.

You just created an icon! Now you can change any shortcut or folder to your own icon!

Now you just right click on any icon, click Properties, select change icon.

It admittedly took a couple of hours for me to get my Facebook photos transferred, but for people who don�t mind the wait and would like to move only their photos to Picasa / Google Photos, this is a more than adequate solution.

Evidently, the more photos you (and others) migrate, the longer the wait. Another caveat: it�s all or nothing � you can�t transfer specific photos or albums at this point.

Needless to say, once your photos are in Picasa, sharing them with Circles (or the world) on Google�s brand new social networking service, Google+, can be done in a snap.

If you want to try or use this program you need to know the basics of QBasic programming. The QBasic language is made of instructions called statements. The statements must be written according to what is called "QBasic syntax rules". The Run command on Microsoft Windows operating system allows you to directly open an application or document with just a single command instead of navigating to it�s location and double-clicking the executable icon. However, it only works for some of the inbuilt Windows programs such as Command prompt (cmd), Calculator (calc) etc. So, have you ever wondered how to create your own customized Run commands for accessing your favorite programs, files and folders? Well, read on to find out the answer.

Creating the Customized Run Command

 

Let me take up an example of how to create a customized run command for opening the Internet explorer. Once you create this command, you should be able to open the Internet explorer just by typing �ie� (without quotes) in the Run dialog box. Here is how you can do that.

1. Right click on your Desktop and select New -> Shortcut.

2. You will see a �Create Shortcut� Dialog box as shown below

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Click on �Browse�, navigate to: Program Files -> Internet Explorer from your Root drive (usually C:) and select �iexplore� as shown in the above figure and click on �OK�.

4. Now click on �Next� and type any name for your shortcut. You can choose any name as per your choice; this will be your customized �Run command�. In this case I name my shortcut as �ie�. Click on �Finish�.

5. You will see a shortcut named �ie� on your desktop. All you need to do is just copy this shortcut and paste it in your Windows folder (usually �C:/Windows�). Once you have copied the shortcut onto your Windows folder, you can delete the one on your Desktop.

6. That�s it! From now on, just open the Run dialog box, type ie and hit Enter to open the Internet Explorer.

In this way you can create customized Run commands for any program of your choice. Say �ff� for Firefox, �ym� for Yahoo messenger, �wmp� for Windows media player and so on.

To do this, when you click on �Browse� in the Step-3, just select the target program�s main executable (.exe) file which will usually be located in the C:Program Files folder. Give a simple and short name for this shortcut as per your choice and copy the shortcut file onto the Windows folder as usual. Now just type this short name in the Run dialog box to open the program.

Java doesnt have an easy construct of repeat something N number of times. We can make a for loop of course, but many times we dont even care about the variable that we created in the loop. We just want repeat N times of some code and thats it. With the lambda available in Java 8, you may attempt something like this:

Cracking your knuckles (or any of your joints) can have therapeutic benefits. When you crack one of your joints you are pulling the bones that are connected at the joint apart from each other. This process stimulates your tendons, relaxes your muscles, and loosens your joints. Chiropractors do this for spinal joints when your back is sore and stiff, but you can do this on your own for your knuckles, toes, knees, neck, etc. 

Unfortunately, there can be too much of a good thing. Cracking your knuckles will never lead to arthritis (despite what your mom keeps telling you), but scientists have discovered that it can cause tissue damage in the affected joints. Knuckle-cracking pulls your finger bones apart which stretches your ligaments. Too much stretching of your ligaments will cause damage to your fingers akin to the arm injuries sustained by a baseball pitcher who throws too many pitches. In addition to making your hand really sore, this ligament damage can also result in reduced grip strength. 

How does this work? Your joints, the places in your body where you can bend, are where your bones intersect and are held together by ligaments. These joints are surrounded by a liquid called synovial fluid. When you stretch your ligaments by pulling the bones apart to crack your knuckles a gas in the synovial fluid escapes and turns into a bubble. This process is called cavitation. Cavitation ends when the bubble eventually bursts, producing that popping sound we know and love. After that, your joints wont be able to crack for another 25-30 minutes while the gas gets reabsorbed into the synovial fluid.

This site covers just about every instance of WordPerfect, Wordperfect for DOS in particular, on MS-DOS, Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. So you could get lost. Just look at the top for links to the various pages on the site.�

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS MR. MENDELSON HAS POSTED ABOUT USING THIS APPLICATION WITH OS X. YOU HAVE TO MAKE TEMPORARY CHANGES TO THE SECURITY SETTINGS BEFORE IT WORKS.�
